What does online running coaching entail?

Online running coaching involves a coach and athlete communicating and exchanging information through technology to create a personalised training plan and provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback for the athlete's running goals.

How does it work?

  • Either we can schedule a video call or if you prefer you can simply complete a comprehensive online form to share your goals and running history with us.
  • You will get access to our online training software, which will contain your detailed training sessions.
  • At the start you will complete a few tests to set up your unique training zones.
  • Then you simply go for your instructed runs with your synced watch or fitness tracker.
  • The training software automatically sends the data from your runs to us.
  • We analyse the data and use it to update your customised program.
